Charlie will be ready for his new home, Spring 2023. This stunning, blue eyed, black and white tobiano has been ridden extensively on Northern California's busiest trails, often carrying beginning riders through trail obstacles. At 14.3 hands he's got the strength to carry riders of all sizes. Charlie has been preparing to handle just about everything a horse can encounter from bridges to fast moving e-bikes, loud fireworks, and river crossings. His quiet nature has helped train younger horses in parades, on the roads, on the trails, you name it. He's got a fabulous, calm mind and disposition that makes riders feel at ease. This gelding is athletic in the arena and nimble on the trails. He carefully picks his trail footing among rocks, roots and steep downhill stretches. Charlie has been started on 2 wheeled cart driving, beginning trot poles and cross rails. On single track, he can go in front or in back, or pony a horse or be ponied. Charlie has a perfectly manageable amount of feather, and a flowing, thick, beautiful, long mane and tail. He stands quietly when tied for his spa sessions and farrier work, and loads into trailers with ease. His sales video shows a small glimpse into Charlie's experiences.
